Evidence story

These frames are real storefront and product evidence. They show the commercial surface and the decisions behind it; performance outcomes remain a separate evidence question.

Live Shopify commerce

The evidence comes from the operating JUSTBLiSS catalogue rather than a fabricated redesign concept.

Commercial complexity

Multi-category catalogue

Bath and body, skincare, grooming, home fragrance, gifting and deep collection architecture create real navigation, trust and merchandising decisions.

Evidence boundary

Performance stays private

Connected analytics can inform prioritisation internally. Public proof stays limited to visible store structure, delivered work and claims that can be supported.

Context

JUSTBLiSS operates a broad natural-products catalogue on Shopify, where product discovery, education, trust and policy clarity all affect the customer journey.

Constraint

The commercial opportunity was not one isolated page. The store needed clearer architecture and stronger consistency across navigation, product experience, trust signals and priority SEO paths.

Observation

When a catalogue grows over time, small inconsistencies can accumulate across menus, collections, policies, reviews and product templates. Treating each one as a separate cosmetic fix misses the system around them.

Decisions
  • Prioritise customer-facing contradictions and trust issues first
  • Clarify navigation and collection architecture
  • Bring review and proof visibility closer to buying decisions
  • Create stronger ingredient and search architecture around the hero product story
  • Treat conversion and SEO as connected work rather than separate checklists
Work
  • Commercial and ecommerce audit
  • Priority cleanup and structural recommendations
  • Shopify navigation and policy work
  • Product and trust architecture guidance
  • SEO opportunity mapping
Lessons
  • Catalogue complexity is an operating problem as much as a design problem
  • Trust signals only help when buyers can actually see them
  • Fixing contradictions can be more valuable than adding new persuasion copy
