AtlasFlow

Research & methods

Evidence before benchmark.

AtlasFlow is building a first-party observation programme from real commercial journeys. The method is public now; flagship benchmark claims wait until the dataset earns them.

Research lanes

Repeated work can become useful information gain.

The goal is not to manufacture statistics. It is to record comparable observations carefully enough that legitimate patterns can eventually be published.

01

Commercial leakage

Where value stops moving across attention, trust, conversion, ownership, follow-up and measurement.

02

Lead follow-up

Ownership, next-action visibility, response continuity and reasons opportunities stop moving.

03

Shopify conversion friction

Catalogue, product proof, buying-journey and operating friction observed in real ecommerce work.

04

Practical automation

Which workflows justify automation, which are rejected and where human judgement remains material.

Collection method

Record the context required to interpret an observation.

A finding without relationship, evidence type or implementation status is too easy to overstate.

  • Date and business type
  • Journey or workflow inspected
  • Observed leakage / friction category
  • Severity and evidence type
  • Recommended intervention
  • Implementation status where known
  • Documented outcome where available
  • Permission or anonymisation status

Publication rule

Do not let the headline outrun the evidence.

  • Anonymise by default unless explicit permission exists.
  • Publish sample size and collection method with any future report.
  • Separate observed correlation from demonstrated cause.
  • Include limitations and missing evidence.
  • Do not imply statistical significance without statistical support.
  • Do not publish a flagship benchmark until the dataset genuinely justifies one.

Future flagship candidates

Named now. Not claimed now.

These reports become publishable only when real sample quality, method and limitations can support them.

Current status

Benchmarks are not yet earned.

The programme and collection fields are defined, but AtlasFlow does not currently publish a flagship benchmark, statistical significance claim or fabricated market average.

When enough real observations exist, the publication will state how the data was collected, the sample size, the limits and which conclusions remain directional.
