Commercial systems

A cannabis product is not a route to market.

“We have a good product” explains almost nothing about how repeatable revenue will happen.

A product can be credible, differentiated and well made while the commercial machine around it remains weak. Buyers may not understand the value. The account list may be wrong. Distribution may be inconsistent. Follow-up may rely on founder memory. Partnerships may exist socially but not economically.

The route has to be designed.

Who should care, why they should care, how the offer reaches them, who owns the opportunity, how it moves through the pipeline, what channel carries it, and what gets learned after the outcome all belong to the commercial system.

More activity is not the same thing as a stronger route to revenue.
